Literary Creations
As a therapist and writer, I share my texts across various web platforms, publications, communication channels, and educational and artistic spaces, linking them to my therapeutic approach.
My writings invite readers and participants to explore their relationship with the natural world and their journey. I aim to enrich literature and promote positive values through an integrative view of art. I aspire to raise awareness about mental health, identity, emotional management, and perception, contributing to greater global understanding and empathy.

Publications
My children’s book, Abel and the Wind (2023), published in Girona, Spain, immerses children in a world of imagination and creativity. The story follows Abel, a curious and energetic boy whose differences at school lead him to face behavioral challenges. Inspired by traits of hyperactivity and ADHD, the tale uses the wind as a metaphor to explore themes of diversity and self-acceptance. It invites reflection on educational norms and their impact on authentic development.
