The Force of Nature

I am the air I breathe,
the sweet essence of the perfume of flowers.
I am the freedom that birds feel when they fly,
the surprise that each dawn brings.
I wake with the Sun and lie down with the Moon.
Who can truly know the meaning of life?
As I open and close my eyes, I place my hands on my chest
and listen to the heartbeat of my heart,
vibrating, connecting me to the present.
I am alive, vast as the sky.

I invite you to engage in an exercise to connect with this force.

Find a comfortable place and lie down.
Stretch your legs and arms to the sides,
feel how the earth anchors you to the present,
and close your eyes.
Inhale, feel the emptiness and exhale.

Open your eyes and, as you turn your body to one side,
touch the ground with your hands and feet.
Inhale, feel the emptiness and exhale.

Gently tilt your head back and return to the center.
Be aware of each movement.

Pause. Silence.
Now turn to the other side,
touch the ground with your hands and feet.
Inhale, feel the emptiness and exhale.

Once again, tilt your head back
and come back to the center,
maintaining awareness in every gesture.

Allow yourself to feel the connection with the earth,
and remember that you are part of this natural force.
